Unfortunately, as is common across billing systems, subscription payment may be taken out of your account up to 24 hours before due date.
If you have subscribed via Apple or Google it may be possible to be notified before payment is taken, so you can ensure funds are available. See your iOS or Google Play account settings for more info.
If you have unsubscribed before your billing date, but have payment has been taken from your account, we will refund you.
